Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Framingham, Massachusetts for the 20252026 school year. Join a district that values inclusive education and invests in the success of all its students.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed SLPs to deliver services that support students communication development. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, grow professionally, and contribute to a community committed to student progress and equity.
Primary Duties

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy aligned with student IEP goals

Assist in designing and implementing intervention plans under SLP oversight

Collect and analyze data on student performance

Participate in IEP meetings, maintain communication with teachers and parents

Support classroom strategies to reinforce therapy goals
Requirements

Active Massachusetts SLPA license (or eligibility)

Associate degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

Experience in school-based settings preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
